Arranged ~ Bokeh.jpg

I haven't quite got a handle on how to set the manual controls on the camera yet ~ this is my first attempt at bokeh. I'll keep working on it, it is a good challenge for acquiring skills.

Canon EOS Rebel T3
1/40s f/11.0 at 18.0mm iso160 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

Great arranged photo.

Good point of view and in manaul mode set the aperture to the smallest number, depending on your lens. A Fast 1.4 lens would give you the best bokeh, so smooth and silky!

The F-Stop is better for bokeh with a lower number. You have a steady little model truck to practice on

Yup, the previous advice for using a wider aperture is good. Your photo is great for "arranged." Keep up the good work!

Very good one for arranged, it looked almost real from the thumbnail. Nicely composed. "V"
As Terry mentioned a wider aperture will give you a shallower depth of field. Also try to photograph in "manual" mode, this gives you more control.

I like it! V Setting the f/stop to a large opening(small number) will give more of a blurred background for better bokeh.
