Took a quick run up to the Grand Canyon today to check out the early spring snow storm. At times the Canyon was totally obscured by the storm running through it. As the day progessed the storm clouds gave way to patches of blue sky. Not many visitors, partially due to the threat of the park closing down due to the current fiasco in Washington. Also I suspect that the weather kept some people away. They missed a great opportunity to see the Canyon dressed in white.
