Cabaret 24wf.jpg

I'm still at the Cabaret. This is Meg. She was ALSO with me in the Revue. Oh. How do you like my new
Nikkor 50mm f1.8G. I used to have the D model but sold it with one of the D100s a few years ago - like
an idiot. The old D80 has difficulty with sensitivities much beyond 1600 ISO and so having a fast lens
really helps when I need decent shutter speeds. This venue is very intimate and as it happens a 50mm
focal length works really well if you score a seat in the front row. (psst! It helps if you know the producer)
Incidentally don't you LOVE Topaz deNoise? I think it's brilliant. It's almost like having another 3 stops.

Another corker of a capture! I once asked Neil what the 'G' stood for - he said 'Good' :o)

This really is good David. And the lens is doing you proud. Must try DeNoise.
