Here is an interesting new "eco" office building in Penrith incorporating a complex system of
powered awnings, designed to cut back the use of power for air conditioning. Presumably sunlight is
admitted freely at times to minimise the need for heating while it is selectively screened to
reduce the need for cooling at other times.
