Most pears are sort of green or brown. THIS one was almost strawberry coloured. I thought
it was worth a picture - lit by the indirect afternoon light from a back window.

Now that is one of the best (best) photographs I have seen of a pear. I hope it tasted as good as it looked, it makes me salivate just looking at it.
