Here's another glimpse of the new Centrepoint shopping mall. The building itself is the same but
the whole insides have been gutted and opened up. I don't suppose that it's to everyone's taste
but as far as a sense of space is concerned the new design is a clear winner over the old one. The
extensive use of reflective surfaces almost everywhere creates a kind of visual anarchy which can
be very interesting to a photographer. Mmmm. If I am actually going shopping, I still prefer the old
antique style Strand Arcade and Queen Victoria buildings. I'm just an old stick-in-the-mud I suppose.
