The "Bridge of Oars" crosses the Parramatta River above the Charles St Weir which separates the
upper most part of the navigable Sydney Harbour from the peaceful waterway which intersects
Parramatta City itself. At either end of the bridge are areas of waterside reserve featuring
outdoor sculpture, parks and gardens. It is a lovely place to be on a fine sunny day as this.
