The rains of Hurricane Francis are falling on Pittsburgh causing flooding. Thankfully we don’t have the damaging winds to come with it. About 4” fell in all. As I stood under protection from the rain I noticed this artist working on a piece for the International Art Show that will be opening soon. There was something about the way she worked so intently and the reflection of the flowers outside over her that caught my eye.
