Phipps Conservatory

So I went to Phipps again today. I had borrowed a coworker’s macro lens and thought I would go see what I could do with it. I spent a lot of time at one flower, trying different DOF settings to see what I could get. While I did like the results when I reviewed them later, this image stood out. Doesn’t it always work this way? You spend about 40 minutes shooting what you THINK will be your PAD; then as you walk away something catches your eye, you snap one or two frames and “voila!” there’s the shot…LOL

What I almost posted is here.

Isn't it just the way of PaD ... this is absolutly beautiful. I can see why is caught your eye - it stands out even in the thumbnail. Very nicely done, Ron!
