Located in a beautiful natural landscape, the old town of Bundi has preserved its medieval atmosphere.
The Bazaar, where come to shop all the villagers living around in the hills, is crowned by a long citadel running on the top of the hills, and the "Chatra Mahal" ("Palace of towers") built in the XVII century.
Inside the wide deserted palace, the "Chitra Shala", keeps, well preserved, the most beautiful and colorful Rajasthan's frescoes.
