Thank you Maurice. :)

That is an interesting shot, I like how the highlighted blocks of wood on the right lead our eye into the shot, then it gets so busy with lots of different areas competing for attention! fits the topic really well!

Thanks .....
Doug, I did like the original but had too much neg space which I then cropped.
---
CJ, I will try the b/w when I get off from work ....
---
John, I put the 'original' in the pending. I had to redo it so maybe each time, I get better at pp. ;)
---
and Rod if this looks like your kitchen , then where do you eat?

I thought the original was a great shot although I do like this better. You helped us all out with this and Tommy's comments. I now have a better idea of what he's looking for. Well done Sueanne. -COAmature

Good idea to crop this Sue Anne - I might even take a little off the bottom to bring the tires down to the bottom edge and eliminate most of the grass. This would look good in B&W too I bet. If you have time to put one in pending, it'd be fun to see if that works for this too. Nice one! :-) CJ

Sue Anne, could you place your original post into pending so that I can contrast the improved crop? I really like the version I am seeing now. John

Well done Sue Anne this looks like our kitchen:-)

Is this a better crop? Less negative space ?

Excellent clutter Sueanne, but I'm looking at the corners and finding not a lot there. Remember the corners of the frame. A much tighter crop will will help. -tv

You are into something there. Neat.
