Message from Maurice Allain
Until recently I have just done ‘point and shoot’ photography, with little thought given to composition and exposure etc. Basically relying on the camera to give me the best results in auto mode!
I have now upgraded to use a Canon S3 IS and have a resurgent interest in photography after being inspired by http://www.juzaphoto.com/eng/index.htm and many of the photographers on this site.
Hopefully with some time and encouragement, you should see an improvement in my photographs. I have added some of my better, earlier pictures to the site and these are displayed alongside my new pictures. It will be a steep learning curve and my goal is to enjoy myself!
