Anti Pasto De Prada

I thought about this challenge and it occurred to me after eating breakfast. This was the setup.
This took place in my living room if it isn't obvious to you because I don't have a studio or studio lighting or equipment. This is "IPO" my pet monster sitting behind the make-shift dining table and plate setting... not an easy thing to do. My girlfriend and I had her follow my our hands with a treat as I focus on the Prada shoe.

Took a few snaps, got the model to smile, turn a different cheek, chin up and down... and that's a wrap.

Other titles considere:

"Italian For the Lady"

Come to think of it I actually like the BG, it says "Parisian Apartment". Though still not sure about the upper left corner.

looks like a classic French poster. Super job you've done here (insert a thumbs up sign).

The BG doesn't bother me, except wish the upper left corner is cropped a little, e.g the end of the sofa isn't showing. But that's minor.

I agree with Jano on the background, still a great shot. I know that look well when you have a cookie in your left hand and camera in the right. lol

hi j, no... its true. I feel the same about the background. This is actually my feeble attempt to make the background suttle without doing a lot of photoshop work. This must have been take 4 for this shot. My dog at this point has had lunch from all the treats she's had.

Excellent!!!! I really like the tones here. Love the story lol.... very funny (chin up, down, smile, etc) lol. To make this even more perfect, I might clone or crop the extreme upper left corner but that's just me and really the eye is not drawn to that at all (see below my thinking).

I think this has real quality to it - but the wrinkles in the backdrop fabric are distracting. If me, I would definitely clone or paint all that out. After that, I would get the largest print possible and hang it proudly. This is really stellar as an image! I love creative images and you've done that!!!!

I may be wrong with my thinking on the background - we'll see what others think.....

WTG !! jano
