Thanks everyone for the re-welcoming and comments.... I don't want to work anymore, just want to take snaps all day. Good idea with the XT, I will get it out of the closet. Yvonne

There's a real sense of movement to this photo. I think it was a very effective use of OOF. -dtallakson

Yvonne, consider keeping the XT ready to go out with the less used lens on it. It's faster in a pinch to grab the second body with another lens than to change a lens on the primary body. Oh, btw nice image and thanks for the timely greeting. -tv

How nice of you to share your heart with us. The multiple shades of pink make the shot. -Doug

A very pleasing image and I'm also pleased to see you posting again Yvonne. I know how you feel about working too much but do try to make time to join us more- I'd like to see some more shots from that nice new womanly camera :-)

I think it's great! Very well done.

My little Rebel was neglected after I got the 5D until recently I took it with me to the woods and used it with the 100-400mm lens. It was kinda fun switching back and forth and cashed in on some great closeups. It was a lot slower but results were good. I had almost forgot how to use it.

Very nicely done and I like the big red heart.

Don't worry about it Y, Bruce said nothing's going to pending, I was just teasing! :-D It's a lovely shot and shows what an artistic eye you have. I feel badly for my XT too. I guess I should sell it but there's not much of a market for them now. And yes...work less, play more! CJ

Photo shop? Whats that? Just when I think I can do something in that program, I forget how. Drives me nuts. About the only think I can create there is a mess. Anyway, this is a little heart hanger out in front of my house. There was slight movement, of my hand and the heart. If I end up in pending, that's ok; consider this a valentine for you all.....I have had this camera 6 weeks. I really like it but feel bad for my little XT sitting in the dark in the closet. I miss participating here, I need to find a way to work less! Yvonne

Oh ......how cute for Valentine's Day! I hope that's not motion blur or done in Photoshop Yvonne, cuz Bruce will throw you in Pending! :-D How have you been? Hope to see more of your shots in the challenges. I bought the 40D too and like it very much. CJ

Y you little darling, you not only buy the same manly camera as me you also sent me a luv heart. Now I hope the luv heart was created in the camera & not in Photoshop cos I don't like pretend hearts:-)
The 40D is nice to use a, have you had it long?
