thank you very much for your comments. DT, tv - I allow myself to not agree with you. I think, the cars ahead and its lights is what draw the mostly attention. Topic definition is so liberal that any picture with smallest oof area would be on topic, but I think this picture is not only formal “on topic” but also present the idea of this challenge. The water is one subject, the car ahead is an another - not less important.
But I fully accept then you can have an another opinion.

Nice one, Konstantin. I agree with Penny about the colors. Actually, I think most rainy-day-through-the-windshield shots come out with this lovely hue due to the tinting of the windshield. Just another case of the camera seeing something the eyes don't.
