A Giant Hogweed grows along a local interstate highway.

This guy's days are numbered as I will call the removal hotline tomorrow morning.
While pretty looking, the sap can cause burns and blisters to the skin and even blindness.

I'd like to know who the genius was that brought it to America because it was "pretty".

Great shot and glad you will make sure that it will be removed. Each seed will grow another one of these nasty plants!V!

I too thought it was Queen Ann's Lace. Sounds pretty nasty.

Interesting background. There are so many of these non-native plants that do more harm than good. Sharp eye and good to report.

Didn't know the Giant Hogweed was so dangerous, it looks quite decorative. Still you documented it well before its removal.
