Hi, related to Manalastas family. They are from Gulap. My uncle Eustaquio Manalastas and my father Esteban Miranda Timbol were cousins. My grandfathers name was Paulino Timbol and my grandmothers name was Eugenia Miranda Timbol. Kuya Cesar is the oldest son of Tatang Taqio. My brother Boy Timbol use to hang around with Boy Manalastas. Candaba is sure a beautiful place. My father used to take us to Lanang and stay with grandma and grandpa during school vacation. Grandpa Pole used to take us fishing across their house to the Cndaba river. It was a beutifull memory with my grandparents. My grandparents house was in Lanang was taken over by soneone after my grandfather died. Then my Ate Lydia Villegas took my grandma to Grace Park Caloocan City until she passed away in April 4, 1974. We brought her body back to Lanang and burried there. O kuya Cesar musta na kayo. I remeber once when you came to Makati visited with us when I was a litlle girl. Maybe, Kuya Cesar you can you help me find out when my Grandfather Paulino Timbol died? I know it was in November but I don't know the date and the year.

I just went to Candaba, Pampanga last 2008 with my friends and it's really a beautiful place. It's great to see lots of migratory birds ( and dami itik! Hehe...) and also the beautiful scenery of Mt. Arayat. Believe me, the view of Mt. Arayat was just in front of my friend's house where we stayed for 2 nights. Grabe! ganda talaga ng view lalo pag umaga o hapon. Hope to visit the place again and again and again.......... Try to have a tour in Pampanga or in any beautiful places here in the Philippines like in Ilocos Norte. Huh! very relaxing..........

I am from Pescadores ,Candaba,Pampanga and thank you guys for these pictures and it's really makes me more homesick for what i missed in CANDABA.I used to see these stuff when i was still a farmer backhome. I hope you can also show us some pictures of the town proper, cockpit, church, bridge and antique houses in Candaba.
