minsan po i open nyo den po for non members kase may mga pipol na gusto magpunta but they cant offord kase exclusive lang for members.

Hi. A member is helping us to visit anvaya cove next week. He told us we just have to pay p400/head, p250 of which is consumable. Will you know if that amount includes use of facilities or we have to pay extra for use of pool, beach, kiddie playground/room and nature tour/zipline? If yes, how much? And will you know how much is the minimum to buy share for beach and nature clud? So we could go there anytime...thanks

Been to Anvaya four times.Last time was feb 2011,with my son and family who came to the Phl for the first time. My daughter-in-law who is Spanish American,was so impressed by the beauty and the serenity of the place.She thought she was in paradise.My brother ,meanwhile is building a house there which should be finished by July. Anvaya cove is situated at Bgy. Mabayo and Bgy Sabang Morong Bataan..the best way to go there is via SBMA., then exit thru Morong Gate.

I also bought a lot last year and still trying to find out any information on the turn-over. I have never receive any correspondence from Ayala and have called them numerous times and still waiting for a call back. Any luck on your part?

its a beautiful area I've been there even the pool but the beach i did not liked it because there are many shells so it will hurt your feet and i love the pawikan restaurant there but all in all its a impressive cove or should i say excellent.:D

Anvaya Cove is south of the old Subic/Cubi Naval base in Morong. It is a very nice area. My wife and I have purchased a lot there this last Jan 08 so we can build a retirement home there later. It has a beautiful beach club area.
