Oh, what a shame. Such a great location. It'd be great if you could get back there on another day at the same time of day, with a model. The best thing, though, is that you've got the ability to spot a good location. :) ~ Lonnit
thanks Lonnit for your helpful words.
the location indeed "was" a great one,and old art-nouveau palace halfay in the restauration process.beautiful building and unusual scene with all this white.
unfortunatly I was'nt inspired enough to look at it as a great photo opportunity.
the subject is one my collegues, we were cheking the status of the build.
I found this frame a very intresting succesion of tones and shadows through the three rooms having beautiful natural light for a few moments. He was *accidentaly*
wondering through the frame, and while I realised the full potential of the image he was gone, and unfortunatly the light was too.
thanks again for your comments.
regards
tom
I like the whole concept of the image, but the subject leaves me nonplussed. There should be a decent payoff once you get there. I pretty girl in a nice post...etc. This particular subject is of no interest. Any kind of pose would have been better than a random snapshot. You had a really good eye to find this wonderful location. You shouldn't have stopped there, you should have directed your subject. ~ Lonnit
