Orbie, an old friend *

Panama

After revisiting my past pics, I found this picture of an old friend that has already visited the CTF several times. This is not the very same picture, but rather a similar re-processed from RAW.

What I did this time is convert using C1, open in CS, filter thru Noiseware, resize for CSLR, filter thru Velvia Vision and finally sharpen using 20D CS Pro. I like this version more than the one I used to post. To me it proves that it is worthy to shoot in RAW and to keep the raw files in case there come better raw processors.

It also makes me think that I may get out my G3 again for close up shots :)

Thanks Michael, testimony of how good that little point and shot is.

Amazing macro. The web and the Z composition makes this shot look tensed.

Hi Techo, thanks for your comment. Yes, the photo *pops* better now, huh? About the noiseware, yes I applied it to the whole photo.

Hi Nugar. I sure do remember this one. I do see a difference in detail compared with the one you posted before and this one also looks nice and crisper, the noiseware product did a nice job with the background, did you use it on the spider aswell?

Thanks.

Techo :-)
