I did do some more sharpening on this image but I could not figure out how to use the actions and 10D sharpening so I just used the unsharp mask. Thanks again for the comments. Susan

Susan, you should find the actions in your Action tab (this is in the same window on your screen as History. Phil

Thanks Phil and Teapot!! Teapot thanks for the advice. I downloaded 10d finishers. It is on my desktop and when I click on it it pulls up my Photoshop. I am not sure where to go from there? I can't find it. I read the instructions but they aren't helping either. ??

Susan, we may not see you much, but when you put in an appearance you sure pull out all the stops! Great image, it has a very professional "feel" to it. Phil

Lovely graphic image Susan. For sharpening you can use a photoshop action called 10D Finisher. You can download it fromhttp://fphoto.org/10D-sharpening/

Ed, Thank you for the constructive comment!! I really struggle with the sharpening on my shots. They always seem to go from too soft to oversharpened where they don't even look real anymore. I use Photoshop 7.0, unsharp mask, but I am quite a novice. Any suggestions? Susan

Thanks for your comments Shu, Olaf and ISO! ISO, actually my first entry was in Lonnit's "So Inclined". I finished 7th with Whoa. Since then I have been traveling a lot, I have missed some and entered a few challenges, but have not had much time until now. I am very much a struggling newbie in all areas of photography. (once in a while I get lucky) I think there is a lot of talent in this forum and hope to learn from it, but also this site is addicting. I love these challenges!

This is fab. The patterns and colours are great. The unusual lowdown viewpoint sets it off. This is your first challenge yes? A great start.
