The trees give this a wonderful sense of scale. The buildings look truly massive.

I really like the water reflection of the rotunda! Looking at the shadows of the scene, this looks like it was shot under a grey sky and that you added the blue in the sky in post processing, am I right? If so, I think the sky color is a little too turquoise - should be a deeper blue, not darker just more blue. I notice this, as it is somthing I find myself doing quite often. Here in Denmark 2/3 of the year are grey days! If you have cropped some at the bottom, an alternative way of getting rid of the grey sky, could be to crop out the sky entirely and make this a photograph of the water reflection by itself.
