Just Exceptional in every way! I also enjoyed your SM Galleries and may come to you for some help re setting up my Galleries...I like very much the way you've done it.

I don't seem to have mastered it yet.

Oh, this is vastly better in B&W, and this from a color guy.

Best Wishes, Traveller

Thanks for looking and commenting.
This shot is a poor rip off of the Ansel Adams shot "The Tetons - Snake River"
The one morning that we could go to this spot pre-sunrise, the skies were awful, there were at least 20 photographers in a small area.
I took a ton of shots at different settings thinking I could make something of it, well I couldn't.
I worked on this shot for quite some time, giving up on it, then going back a month later to try something else. The last time I worked on it, was the day I put it in the challenge. That's well over a year from when it was taken.
I shot this as a JPG, and after working on it, saving it, working on it, and saving it, I'm amazed that the shot held together as well as it did.

you made the bw work with the processing - very nice rendition of a beautiful place!

Beautiful landscape, Dave, but to me it looks too much like an etching rather than a photo. But that's just my preferences speaking...certainly not a judgment on your fine work here.
