probably pushing my equipment to its limit given the scarcity of clear and not too windy nights in UK. Certainly this is where weakness in the tripod becomes a factor, a lot of lever arm on the lens combo. I did find a touch of FocusMagic motion blur correction useful. Difficult to know how much detail is seeable through a camera with light full on it and just how mist free the sky is.
