Question from Jason Ang: We understand that your father was your mechanic and manager - tell us more about those early days of racing.

A: (Laughs) Manager, not. I have only had a manager for the last four or five years. My father was my mechanic when I was 3 or 4 years old when I was in go karts and it wasn't a big deal. Back then you just needed someone to switch on the engine and my father was enough. (laughing)

I've had good support from him always. He raced before in Go karts before and when I was 3 he made me one and enjoyed watching me go around. After that, I enjoyed it so much I moved up a category and raced outside of Spain. Everything went well and in the end I arrived in Formula One.
