I was walking on the other side of the road in Clapham High Street when I saw this poor guy come off his bike. I had just arrived at the scene when an ordinary looking car pulls up and two undercover cops appear! The guy was in absolute agony and it seems he was in an innocent collision with another cyclist.

And it was "In Town Without My Car" day today!
