October 23 2005:
The Plating Works

I’ve long admired this ramshackle building in Walton-on-Thames from the train on the way up to London. I had just assumed that it was only visible from the train, but no, its conveniently situated by a road bridge!

I ramped up the saturation again today, it just gave it a bit more fizz.

Photoshop:
Cropped and Resized
Increased Saturation

Bane of urban life... tags with little artistic merit. Excellent capture, Ray.

Looks familiar to me, like here at home. And it´s not ugly. Beautiful powerful colours.

Beauty in ugliness. Nice work.

Great shot! The budding Picassos were kind enough to contribute to this lovely color palette! Nice light too.

Excellently graffitied ramshackle building.

Great image, Ray. It's nice to 'bag' one you've had your eye on for a while. The saturation certainly adds punch.
