Caernarfon

Gwynedd

The 14th century castle is closely associated in the modern era as being the venue of the Prince of Wales' investiture in 1969. This day I was headed for a great ride on the narrow gauge steam railway that heads off due south of here and joins up with the better known Ffestiniog which goes from Porthmadoc to Blaneau Ffestiniog.

Very nicely composed image, Ray. I like the long vertical lines and the colorful boat has nice reflection. V
