I found of one of the gold post boxes honoured for one of the UK's Olympic 2012 gold medalists. In honour of rower Pete Reed.

I was really lucky to catch the lady using the box when I took the photo.

I wondered why I have seen these boxes around. I must say they are the worst shade of gold I have ever seen.
