foggy-christmas-tree

That contraption in the right lower corner(the pipes)
is called a christmas tree.It is a valve and pipe that goes in when drilling for oil/gas.
Most times there is some pressure that forces oil to the surface, but it plays out fast.
That is when the pumper unit is put in and pumps oil into a holding tank.
These tanks are emptied by tank trucks and taken where it can be processed, or sent to a refinery.

other sizes: small medium original auto
