Just Prior to Mohs Surgery

This was taken just before I had the biopsy. You can see only a small scratch that was healing. The scratch (from my daughter) never healed correctly and kept coming back to an open sore.

Thank you for recording such a horrible health issue. Hopefully it will be seen by many and will make people think that the tan is not that important. I had surgery on my back a few years ago because of
malignant melanoma and I am very prepared these days with what you mentioned regarding covering.

Thank you for posting these pictures. I am 44 years old and have a little, little nose. I've been so depressed about having it cut into. You have given me hope and courage, thank you! Now I know that if they decide to do a skin graph then it will be ok. I've been so worried about it. God bless you and I pray that you are well. :)

You are so brave, your pictures are amazing. Iam a 48yof and had mohs surgery on by back a few days ago. It was a 5 inch cut. Your photos were helpful. I hope things are going well for you, God bless.

Christine,you are one strong women,with alot of faith,I just had mohs on Tuesday(it'Sat now)and they closed it up on Wednesday(day after). I am a 45 year old Man,and no way could i have gone through what you did.My spot was only 1.1cm x 1.2 cm, they were able to do a flap between my eyes and pull it down.Hope you are doing well.
