One of the realities of my life for
over a year --have to get my feet above my heart
for some time each day; some days longer than other days
(to relieve Heart and Lung issues.) Of course I have
sweet Gracie Grace to add her own kind of comfort. She always
brings a smile when she reaches out to touch my leg, shoulder or arm.
