Mom & Sisters - 1933

Toronto, Ontario, CANADA

Eugienja Maleszyk, 1922-1987
Janina Maleszyk, 1920-2006
Hedwiga Maleszyk, 1925-2017

Portrait done by A. A. Gray, & Co., 561 Queen St. W., Toronto, Canada, in 1933.

This is a photograph of my mother, Janina (Maleszyk) Johnston and her two sisters. I may be prejudiced, but I've got to say that she was beautiful.

She was always looking after me after my foot would get stuck in the door as she slammed it!
I loved her unconditionally!

Grandma was the elder of the three and always so beautiful! Rather strict at times when not at Cedar Point at Sandusky Ohio.

Clifford,
What a lovely picture - just saw it today. That must have been when they just arrived in Canada.

Such a young face.
Love that doll the one on the right is holding
with her arm. Adds a nice touch overall.

All three of them are beautiful. Great job on the restoration, too.
