Photo a Day, 23 June 2006... I liked the framing on this... Posting on the 24th... I haven't taken today's photo yet but had this from yesterday when I was distracted with computer problems. I've been having a few issues with my computer - specifically the harddrive beeping... mostly random... but yesterday morning it was major and disk errors all over the place... I had ordered a new external for backups which arrived today and so spent the day backing up a 2nd copy (I had another from the 16th) and troubleshooting... at first I thought it might be the motherboard controllers... then late last night I read a post where Seagate mentioned that the beeping on Seagate drives means either overheating or not enough power - well booting from cold can't be overheating.. so decided to get a new powersupply this morning... so far things are appearing to be working properly again...
