He sure was a big fella, only had the kit lens with me, so this is a fair crop.
I managed to get one before he was on his way.

I have never really seen a ground hog.

LOL Bill I thought the same thing when I looked at it and the branch does make him look like he's kin to the elephant. But it is like a Rorschach. The branch recedes to the background or comes forward like a snout however you're thinking. Excellent shot! Love it!! \/
