Your images are absolutely breathtaking. My 5D MkII and your 5D MkII sure don't see things the same way. You have a gift of capturing both the literal and the abstract in a manner so pleasing to the eye and spirit. Thank you for sharing your work and to continue to inspire the "rest of us". We are really looking forward to being in Mt.Shasta some time in Sept. for a short 2 days.
Amazing galleries you have here, my compliments!
Nice pictures! Mark Kirchner from S.D. gives you a big howdy. Have Steve send me an e-mail

Cindy....I really enjoyed your pictures. Me and my father used to live in California ner Redding and in Mad River. My father was the Ranger of Six Rivers National Forest. Now we have our own company..e-PEAK. We want to use a picture of Mt. Shasta for our web site and on buisness cards. I would like to use one of your photos of just the mountain with no clouds or minimal clouds. We like the view from the lake because we as our company name "e-PEAK" we like to see the different peaks of Mt. Shasta. If we can please e mail me if you have time. We have a web site now (www.epeak.biz) if you want to see. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Hopefully you will lets us use one of your pics. Thanks. Travis
It is me on this worlds largest country to tell you dear photographer, that your work is so good, that you will find a great work for you in the future to see, as I am very sure of. (Signed): Dearest friend of you.

Your photos are too wonderful for words. I found your gallery while searching for images of Mt. Shasta, where I lived as a child and teen. Although we moved away in 1980, the area is engrained in me, and I often find myself rather "homesick" for it. So many, many thanks for sharing your gorgeous photos! Hope
Enjoyed a lot!
Cindy.......Great eye for composition!!
Best to you...William

You have created some truly awesome and very inspiring galleries. Beautiful!
It's an honor for amateur photographers like me to share PBase membership with masters like you. Thanks for sharing.
I think your work is an inspiration to many of us. Do keep updating as I will always come back those updates!
your work shows the artistic and unique vision you have.. creative and inspirational. My compliments.
I just happened upon your photographs today and I must say that you have some real nice work displayed here. You are shooting in many of the areas that I shoot as well. We have most likely crossed each anothers path in the real world as well as the virtual world. I shoot with the Canon 20D as well, I have just launched my own website, feel free to take a gander www.johnmantey.com
Your Shasta gallery is really fine. I really loved the reflections and the lenticular clouds but all of them are first rate. I hope you will visit my galleries sometime too.

Very nice images...great work...inspirational...
I saw one of your posts in the DPreview forums that attracted me to your galleries and I have been hooked ever since. I've looked through every photo at least once and they are some of the best photo's i've ever seen. Keep up the great work.
Outstanding. Lovely and brilliant, you are a wonder. Bravo! Your hard work is here returned many times over, and I hope you are -- at the same time-- both very proud and very humble.
Proud enough to appreciate the fruits of your very hard won labor -- which are richly deserved, and will hopefully multiply and sustain you throughout a lifetime of similiar glories.
And humble: humble enough to know that all creative gifts come from somewhere mysterious and divine, like the places you shoot, and that having been given them, you are good enough to do better, and even better, and even still better...
I think I already know that you will. :)
Best wishes toward that--- C
Your photos are absolutely amazing!!! Words can not describe their beauty and perfections. What a beautiful job!
Enjoyed getting together with you and your family and exchange student last night. Always fun to meet the people on the other side of the glass screen and especially when you've been in contact for several years and they're as nice as you all were.
Hope the rest of your trip (currently still in progress) went well and you have some fantastic photos and memories from it. Looking forward to seeing the images when you post them.
A big hug to all the girls (and you) and even one for Steve!
Best wishes for a Super New Year filled with great things and more photo shows!
Maybe I'll get up your way someday...
What fantastic work! I couldn't stop looking.
Are you the Cindy Diaz from Lowry AFB and Fort Rucker? If so, please e-mail me.
What fabulous intimacy your work displays.
Are you cindy who was in the army at Lowery Colorado?
I look forward to visiting your galleries often and experiencing the world through your eyes. You have some truly awesome shots here. Keep it up.
Cindy you are truly an artist with an eye for that special composition. I am so impressed with your photos of the Mt Shasta area it makes me want to go there tomorrow and take some shots. Congratulations.
I found your site googling for updates on my uncle's (Robert Ayres)plane crash and recovery. As of today, August4th, he and the plane are still on the mountain. I would be interested in hearing more about your taking pictures of the site. I'm not sure who in our family you've already talked to. Please email me.
PS. You're shots of Shasta are beautiful.

Excellent Shasta Pictures!
Outstanding work. I am surprised that not many people commented on it. Keep shooting, please.
Your images are simply splendid. The variety of subject matter is quite unique. It shows your willingness to explore different areas of photography. That is one good thing behind a PAD. You half to be creative or you will fizzle out. I can see that you will have no problem doing this year after year. Looking forward to seeing you grow in your images...Michael from the San Juan Islands, Washington
Cindy, your comments and ideas are very critical to me and I will take them into consideration for my next attempts. I plan on doing my poor images and recomposing them. Thank you so much for taking the time and leaving a comment about them.
Cheers! Chris :)
