SDIM4545.JPG

This test JPG is right out of the camera. No processing, which it obviously needs. Custom WB was used, and I think I set the WB under better light, maybe under clouds and some sun. The SF bay sky has a strong green tint whenever it's overcast, and even more so during flood tides and at the beginning of ebbs, when the water is mostly seawater rather than river water. It's the curse of shooting there unless there's at least some direct sunlight. Most Bayer sensor cameras will adjust for it, adding blue. The Foveon sensor in the Sigma cameras produces exactly what's there, with no interpolation or adjustment when everything is set to default. Sound like an advertisement? It is.
