Since digging through the large TT galleries here can be a drag, here are some of my favorite shots, for various reasons. I picked some because I just liked the look, and others because the rider is notable or is shown doing something that we mere mortals can only dream about. Some are captioned, explaining why I think the shot is special. For those not familiar with the TT, or who already follow racing and think that the TT is "just another race", I hope you'll reconsider. These men and women are a very different breed of racer, and the Isle of Man TT course is a very different type of track. Other racing, all of it, is like running around a bonfire in your shorts, and seeing how close you can get to the flames. The TT is like running THROUGH the bonfire, and doing four to six laps through it. Without shorts.
