It is not the worst I´ve seen in Paris...but you don´t need to go there, its allover in Europe and it is such a shame thinking about how all got so wrong!

Strong capture. You can see it here too. So many good things are thrown away. Very often people are even not allowed to collect them. That´s what really makes me angry.
