Very appreciated with this 1D Mark II, just to post some pictures updated: after 588 pictures from first time charging battery, it still shown full batt on the display. (the battery was charging on the first day I bought this camera on 05/06/2004 and for sure I keep out from the camera during week days which I didn't use the camera) At the end today (26 June 2004) after 1120 pictures the battery is empty (need to be charge). The indicator shown full until 597 then go to "battery is low" After about 850 then it blink but still can took picture upto 1120, very good, right? Updated on 24/07/2004, now I have to do the third time charged the battery and it count to 2530 photos befor charge with indicator only battery drop (not blink yet) the number of this 2nd charged is 1410 photos taken and I have to drain the battery out before charge in this time (left it over night).
