This is very close to what I envisioned the picture to be but the engine head lights did not make it into the photo in time. Hope to try again tonight.

How do those crossing thingies know when to come down and go back up? Is someone hiding in the bushes and pushes a button or something?

Jude: They were going down and the train was just a little slow getting to the crossing. The train for some reason stopped a 1/4 of a mile from the crossing and then started back up. Better luck next time!!

Totally cool! I had to read your EXIF so I'd know how you did it. Were they going up or down? Nice way to get a creative idea and go with it..
