Passerelle Léopold-Sédar-Senghor

Paris, France

Walking back over the Pont Royal from the Musee d'Orsay, is this view of the next bridge,
Passerelle Léopold-Sédar-Senghor, named in memory of a Sengalese writer, poet and politician
who was also president of Senegal for two decades. It's a modern bridge built in 1999 as
the Passerelle Solferino and renamed in 2006.
In the background is the Grand Palais.
