This is my Photo of the Week for the week ending 3 November 2011.
I set up a hide close to the edge of the water at Venford Reservoir and patiently waited for one of the 4 female Gosanders to drift closer to me. Eventually two birds were disturbed by walkers on the other side of the water and flew in just in front of me.
