For Stu
(02.16.05)

(Day 128) I'm parting from my usual post. This image is dedicated to Stewart Lloyd-Jones. You may follow his daily bowl of Stu and if not, then you are not aware of the debilitating pain that has left him homebound these last few weeks. Yesterday, I was struck by the tribute paid to Stu by Gilles. I thought I would continue it today.

Stu, since you are not able to get about, here's my feeble try at seeing the world from your eyes, albeit from the other side of the pond. I pray that you will soon be able to travel Scotland's countryside at will. Cheers.

This is a wonderful tribute photo. It's very evocative of Stu and technically and artistically perfect.

Very SLJ, looks rather sunny and bright for Scotland!! Great angle.

Very nice tribute. I like the black and white here and the low focus, as if you are laying on the ground to take this image. WOnderfully done.

What a shot! You must have had to get down on the ground to shoot this! Anyone would be proud with such a fine tribute!

Another wonderful tribute! It's certainly different from what I'm used to seeing here. Cool! Perspective is great and I like the B&W because it accentuates the textures of the wood and the tracks and the trees.
