A friend peruses some of the offerings at a ceramics showroom.
Much like the carpet shops, ceramics are another shopping op "offered" to tourists.
As in the former, you are offered drinks of your choice while you watch a demonstration
showing how pottery is made on a potter's wheel,
and then taken to the showroom to (they hope), make a purchase.
Often your chosen treasure can be shipped home so that you don't have to find room in
your luggage for these fragile items. Horrors to even think of that !
