Day 10 (July 1)
Head North to a beautiful rock formation of Baga Gazryn Chuluu in Middle Gobi porvince. Once this rock encampment was home to a small monastery with a few dozen monks. (260km/5hours). Got a bit off the road but we weren’t lost. The drivers are fabulous and find their way by mountains, and landmarks. Saw mines enroute that where coal was taken out and a big hole and debris left behind. Saw a nomad and some motorcycle riders who stopped to give us directions.
