I encountered this Tezuka Osamu fashion show when I visited the Tezuka Osamu exhibition in Telford Plaza. Dr Tezuka Osamu is a very famous Japanese artist/animator who created many well-known characters such as Astro Boy, Princess Knight and Black Jack. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osamu_Tezuka

The designs by students of Hong Kong Polytechnic University and The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education under the theme of Tezuka Osamu's characters are displayed in this fashion show. There are some famous models in Hong Kong performed in this show, including Samantha Chow, Ana R, Cara G, Jacqueline Chong, etc.

As usual, many media and enthusiastic photographers have arrived at the venue well before the show to occupy the best locations for their great shots. Just accidentally dropping by, I could only take some casual snapshots from some dead end corners or through the gaps of the wall of photographers using mostly my 200 mm F2.8L (without flash as no good line of sight !). Some of the photos are cropped to improve composition.
