The best filter combination I have found for the V1 is the B+W ND 8 and Hoya R 72. Shotting in programed mode at ISO 100 you should get .30 sec shutter speeds at f2.8. I find this camera much easier to hand hold than the 717. The same workflow applies as with the 717. Here is a link to my first IR gallery shot with the V1, all hand held shots!
