"Our Children's Children" - a centennial play written & directed by Fr. James B. Reuter, S.J. ( https://pbase.com/carinoza/st_paul_manila_fr_james_reuter ) showcasing the
historical roots and consequent legacy of St. Paul University.

This Paulinian production draws its cast from students, alumnae (with their kids!), faculty and staff of St. Paul University Manila, St. Paul
University, Quezon City and St. Paul College of Makati. Proceeds will help launch the Fr. James B. Reuter S.J. Professorial Chair in Drama.
A living icon of sorts, Fr. Reuter was voted an Honorary Filipino Citizen by the Philippine Senate in 1996 and became a Ramon Magsaysay
Awardee - Asia's Nobel Prize equivalent - for "Journalism, Literature and Creative Communication Arts" in 1989. Though he had lived in the
Philippines since 1938 starting off as a young scholastic who studied Philosophy who later became a teacher at the Ateneo de Naga and
de Manila, Fr. Reuter has dedicated more than half of his life with St. Paul Manila since he first came to the school as young priest in 1952.

Fittingly enough, St. Paul University's 2012 Centennial Year celebration will also doubly serve
as Fr. Reuter's ("Papa Bear's") 60th anniversary affiliated with the school.
