Manila Floating Hotel and Restaurant.

It is berthed beside Manila Hotel along Rizal Park, Manila. Ha ha ha! No wonder - I remember thinking that this ship either must be a
regular docker and/or staying for an extra looong period of time (it doesn't seem to leave at all) because whenever I'm in the area I always see it !
